Welcome to the Module 5: Decision Making Process

Unit 1 offers the necessary knowledge and information as for the users about the theories, approaches and personal styles of decision-making in different situations. Unit 2 offers the necessary knowledge and information as for the users about the theories of contemporary leadership, skills, traits, and qualities of the successful leaders. While most of the theories present a range of leadership and management frameworks in organizations and business, our purpose is to exceed this level and to dive into the personal leadership with more practical approach, applicable in everyday life and especially in career development.

The English version of Module 5 presents information at a European Union level, including international directories, recommendations and other essential information on decision making.

Module 5 is also offered in Bulgarian, French, Greek, Polish, Spanish, adapted and localized in the local context of each country, relevant to each language.
